Event Calendar

Registration required: most events require registration in advance so the staff can plan accordingly. Please call the office or email ahead of time. Leave a first name and phone number so we can let you know if an event has been cancelled. Events with less than 6 people registered will be cancelled.

All events begin at the Environmental Center and are free unless stated otherwise.  If you have an idea for a new or different program please let us know. 

Boy and Girl Scout programs: The Environmental Education Center is the place to come for a unique and fun way for your Boy or Girl Scouts to earn their Merit Badges, Scout Badges, Try-Its, and more. Our 1105 acres of woodland provide a fascinating setting for learning and discovey opportunities.

Volunteer Opportunities: We are looking for interested individuals or groups to help in the following areas: trail maintenance, gardening, education, and/or office/computer. We also have a Park Guardian program where the volunteer would assist the staff and board members by reporting illegal activities you see in the Park. Call the office for details.

Birthday Parties at the Park - give your child the gift of nature with a party planned by naturalist Audrey Manspeaker. 

Reserve the meeting room for your business planning retreat, in-service day, or other event.
