Sept. 27, 1:30 p.m.

We'll walk into history on this 2-mile hike, exploring the Park's past and visiting 10 different sites that have a tale to tell.  The trail is rocky and hilly - wear good shoes and bring water.

Our Artist-in-Residence Karen Beall Dr. Rebecca Urban of Lebanon Valley College will lead you on an exploration of the natural history of the park's most common tree species.  Karen will then guide participants over two days to create representational ceramic tiles that will be placed in the Environmental Center.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Mt. Gretna Arts Council, there is no cost to participate!

Music on the Porch Bluegrass Jam

Enjoy the beautiful autumn weather while listening to some good bluegrass tunes!  Bring a lawn chair and come early to find parking and a good spot on the lawn.

Toddlers in Tow: Falling Leaves

Toddlers ages 2 to 5 years are invited to explore the forest searching for all the pretty leaves they can find.  Learn why trees lose their leaves before winter.
