Welcome - (EVENT CALENDAR) - (NEWSLETTER)

The Park at Governor Dick has been named for the late Clarence Schock, a well-known petroleum baron and philanthropist. The park is comprised of 1105 acres of woodland in Mount Gretna, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania and is presently managed by a co-trusteeship of representatives of the Clarence Schock Foundation and the Lebanon County Commissioners. This board is charged with the responsibility of operating the park consistent with the Deed of Trust and a Support Committee was established by the Board to assist with this.

It is a favorite recreation site for hiking, horseback riding and bicycling. Located in the park is a sixty-six foot circular observation tower which has proven to be a very popular attraction by the general public. On a clear day parts of Lebanon, Dauphin, York, Lancaster and Berk counties can be seen.
